**If this is your first treatment with VOUS for Reflexology, please book Foot Reflexology with Consultation. ** This treatment lasts 45-50 mins in total with 10 minutes to review your health and any changes in your medical history. By stimulating the reflexes in hands and feet, reflexology can reduce stress, improve mood, aid sleep, release tension and help with relaxation bringing relief to a range of both acute and chronic conditions. ​Reflexology can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from children through to the elderly. The deeply relaxing effects of the treatment enable your body to connect with its own natural means of repair, opening up the pathways that the body uses to nourish and recover itself. Blood pressure should lower, cortisol levels drop, heart rate regulates and the central nervous system relaxes. The mind becomes quiet, tension in the body releases and you will start to feel rejuvenated, recharged and restored.

Cancellation Policy

While I appreciate that appointments may need to be cancelled, I reserve the right to charge £20 per missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice. I may also ask for payment in advance for any future sessions which is non refundable. The above policy does not apply to maternity clients who are preparing for labour. Thank you for your understanding.
