A gentle and targeted Facial Reflexology treatment to reduce stress for health and wellbeing with the benefit of receiving a natural healthy glow. This 30 minutes treatment focuses on the areas of the body affected by stress. Facial Reflexology helps to open the energy pathways to calm the nervous system and balance the hormones being released to deal with the stress. It also has a pain relieving effect, releasing natural endorphins in to the body. Maybe helpful for: Relieving the affects of stress Releasing toxins from the body Improving circulation to the head and face Relieving tension, aches and pains Relieving headaches and migraines Relieving mental and emotional stress Improving concentration Relieving sinus congestion Relieving digestive problems Improving poor sleeping habits Bringing a calmness to the mind and body Improving overall health and well-being Rejuvenating the skin, leaving a radiant glow to the face.

Cancellation Policy

While I appreciate that appointments may need to be cancelled, I reserve the right to charge £20 per missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice. I may also ask for payment in advance for any future sessions which is non refundable. The above policy does not apply to maternity clients who are preparing for labour. Thank you for your understanding.
